If you purchased the game the first week of launch then you are entitled to a full refund.
Because the split screen only works when playing the game in high def, and it doesnt work in standard def. If you call Xbox and tell them you bought the game to play split screen co-op but you only have a standard def tv and the split screen doesnt work they will give you your 1600 msp points credited back to your account.
They will have you delete the game before they will give you the credit, but just tell them you deleted it when they tell you (they have no way of knowing) and you will get the game for free.
If you purchased the game more recently you do not qualify because xbox has changed the game description to include that split screen doesnt work on standard def televisions.
