To unlock the controller shell you need a Torx T8H screwdriver HERE
If you dont want to buy a Torx T8H you can use a very small flat head screwdriver, but it is much easier with the T8H.

Newest Controller Modd
Now my third controller mod, I simply just changed a couple of parts for a new look.
I purchased this green set HERE for $8.40
